Income Producing Vacation Ownership

There are several different options to purchasing and owning a condominium property in Belize. Depending on your investment strategy and objectives some opportunities may be more attractive than others.  We can help you find the right balance of solid investment performance and personal preference in comfort and "livability”. There are two types of luxury condo investments available:

* Condo resort – your unit is part of a resort that uses the condo as a “hotel room”, the resort company takes care of all operating expenses, including marketing and the net income is split between the condo owner (YOU) and the management company.  The advantages to the resort condo investment are more amenities, shared expenses and you are relieved of all the day to day headaches of home ownership. 

* Vacation rental – similar in concept, except you have more control of your unit, the management and marketing with an offsite vacation management company supervising housekeeping, guest pick up and general maintenance for a small fee.  Typically, these complexes have amenities such as pool, dock and security however bars and restaurants are not on site.  External expenses, landscaping and security are typically shared through the HOA.
